If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of your service, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis for services that have not been completed to your satisfaction. Please note that refunds do not apply to products or services such as chemical treatments or repairs that have been successfully completed.
